so we are going to be taking this time to co‑craft a songspell together that just anchors us in any messages and spells and prayers and hopes and wishes that we want to be bringing with us into the future.
and just to start us off with a little potential moment for insight or dream theme, you can move with or not depending on how it resonates with you, i’m just currently shuffling my dreaming our futures + embodying our dreams oracle//composition cards which share a little dream message and which i’ll read as a little graphic musical score when it’s time to co‑cast our songspell together. so i’m just shuffling and thinking about a dream to surface that might be nice for us to think on together. and collecting a card and okay.
this is a very light card, very light pastel imagery. it says levitation and it features sort of like bright green and bright greenyellow squiggles, just little crayon squiggles that are floating inside of two bright pink but very not . . . sort of faded imagery, so it’s a bright pink, but it’s – maybe hot pink is the word that i’m looking for because there’s not a lot of contrast. and so there are two pink clouds that these little greenyellow and bright yellow squiggles are floating inside of. and the clouds are offset from each other. one is larger, one is smaller. one is more forward in the perspective.
and the idea of levitation, for me what is coming up in this moment is, wow, the feeling of weightlessness, the feeling of floating, the feeling of not being tied to the things that pull you backwards when you are trying to move sideways. or that tether in a way that isn’t the desired tether. and so having a little weightlessness, having a little also perspective, like a little space for shifting perspectives from a new vantage point. and also maybe just sort of i’m thinking about this kind of . . . the magic that shapes when we believe something even if we are not sure that it will work. but we just choose to believe it and let the magic of that belief become the thing that makes it true, that makes it happen, that works its way into even just a feeling of magic that is more magical because of that sort of like anything can happen moment. so i think that’s sort of built into this idea of levitation that i’m thinking about.
and what i’m gonna do is, i’m gonna just take out – there’s a little spell poem that goes with this card. so i’m just searching for the one that reads levitation so that i can read it for us. okay. so the spell poem reads:

i’ll read that again. it says:

okay. so what i’m gonna do is i’m just gonna write down levitation and if the idea of levitation, of suspending weight for weightlessness resonates with you and you want to dream on that or something related to that, i welcome you to share anything that you might want to share about that. and also if you want to dream on something that’s completely unrelated, that’s wonderful. you can absolutely share about that as well. so if there is anything that you want to add, this is space for wishing, for writing a spell, for making a poem, for sharing a dream, for making a prayer. anything that you want to share, you can unmute to speak or type in the chat and radio will read that aloud and that will become the libretto for our songspell.
